Helena O’Dwyer-Strang is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Gender Studies and also works as a Gender Studies Tutor. She already has a First Class Honours Degree in Gender Studies.
She has been involved with IPPF’s Member Association in New Zealand, the New Zealand Family Planning Association, since 2012 and she is now a Youth Representative on the Governing Council.
Comprehensive Sexuality Education has been the subject of much of Helena’s university research. She believes education is the single most important tool to empower people to claim their sexual and reproductive rights.
