Auditors' statement

Opinion

In our opinion

• the financial statements give a true and fair view, in accordance with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Practice, of the state of the group’s and charity’s affairs as at 31 December 2008 and of
the group’s incoming resources and application of resources in the year then ended; and

• the financial statements have been properly prepared in accordance with the Charities Act 1993 and the International Planned Parenthood Federation Act 1977.
