Learning and personal development for staff


IPPF recognises the importance of continuing learning and development both to meet your needs and to achieve our organizational objectives. 

If you are thinking about a career in sexual and reproductive health and rights, (SRHR), or simply in the third sector, we are committed to supporting your learning and development.

Every member of staff has a personal Learning Plan focusing on short and long term development.
