Key Tasks
Responsible for supporting capacity development activities (one will support Global Fund activities, the other, non –global fund activities).
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating participants in TSF training activities
- Organising logistics including meeting rooms, meals, participant accommodation, training needs
- Managing payments to trainers and participants
- Frequent travel within the region
Necessary skills and attributes
- 3 years of experience providing logistical support in a busy role which requires managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Comfortable working with very senior people.
- Effective user of Microsoft Office software.
