• Manage all aspects of the Professional Development of Consultants under the Global Fund grant
• Manage all aspects of the Capacity Development of Country Partners under the Global Fund grant
• Manage processes in relation to securing and serving technical support assignments in portfolio
• Identify gaps where TSF services may be required, and build demand for TSF services
• Ensure the TSF capacity development services are carefully designed and updated to refelct best practice
• Represent TSF as required and provide necessary reporting to stakeholders. manage budgets and delivery project as agreed in the UNAIDS/TSF workplan

Necessary skills and attributes

5 years of experience working in HIV, with a strong grasp of:

• technical issues in HIV and AIDS (especially in coverage and quality of interventions; support to vulnerable populations, civil society response);
• the shape and trends of the Asian and Pacific epidemics;
• the roles of government and civil society in combating the epidemic, funding flows and other external support, and;
• experience or knowledge of more than one country in the region. 

Others:

• Excellent communication skills in English. 
• Strong analytical skills. Initiative and ability to manage efficiently multiple tasks. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
• Accustomed to operating at a highly professional level in a busy environment. 
• Comfortable working with very senior people. 
• Effective user of Microsoft Office software.
