"I believe we the youth together can bring a change, and I am grateful to IPPF for actually polishing our skills and giving us a platform to grow and make this world our dream place".
A graduate in communication studies from the University of Punjab, Sadaf was interested in development. She joined the Family Planning Association of Pakistan where she learnt the actual meaning behind the terms she studied: development, advocacy, community support services, motivation and participation.
Sadaf attends youth summits, speaks and moderates at international conferences and has written a number of scripts for a short serial on the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS, that aired through local channels in Pakistan.
Sadaf now works in media in the domain of youth based magazines and talk shows.
“Every single moment of my journey with FPAP was fruitful and fulfilling. It was a practical training of self expression and empowerment. I believe in thinking positive, I believe in finding solutions.”
Sadaf also works with Millinda Rajapaksha (Sri lanka) and Niraj Lacoul (Nepal).
