Young people, from vulnerability to resilience brings together lessons learned from three Innovation Fund projects that successfully addressed the factors that
make a particular group of young people vulnerable in the local context.

Each project developed strategies to empower young people and their communities to better protect the health of young people and to enable them to make choices to improve
their lives.
