This project is promoting awareness and acceptance of the sexual rights of young lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) people to ensure that they have access to appropriate information and services.
The Association has now reviewed its whole way of working, attitudes, policies, programmes and protocols in the light of sexual diversity.
These major institutional changes in PLAFAM, our Member Association, have resulted in the full integration of sexual diversity into the Association’s:
- policies
- service delivery guidelines and activities
- educational activities
- information, education and communication materials
- organizational networks
to create a clear message that LGBTQ individuals are entitled to equal health education and services.
