People living with HIV in Iran have limited access to medical services and virtually no safe spaces to meet, talk or socialise without facing rejection.

This project has established post-test clubs for people living with HIV as a way of empowering them to live positively and to address stigma and discrimination.

The clubs are providing a basis for advocacy, thereby increasing public awareness and political commitment to address the rights of people living with HIV in Iran.
