An MA volunteer, Santiago Cosio is Chief Executive at Bodegas de Santo Tomás. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Technology and Higher Education in Monterrey (TEC Monterrey), and from the University of Texas in Austin. He is involved in various sustainable rural development projects, mainly in indigenous community areas, such as the Fondo FIDES, LU’UM Desarrollo Rural Sustentable AC, Mercado del 100, and Yomol A’tel. Santiago is a Member of the Executive Committee at MEXFAM and was President of MEXFAM for eight years previously. He has been an MA volunteer since 1993. Amongst the skills required for the Board of Trustees, Santiago can point to marketing; senior executive experience; and SRHR leadership and networks. He is from Latin America, currently located in Mexico.
