In response to the devastating aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, IPPF's emergency response programme, the SPRINT Initiative, utilising funding from the Australian Government, has provided USD $200,000 to the Philippines to support relief efforts to provide lifesaving sexual reproductive health services and commodities.

IPPF's Member Association, the Family Planning Organization of the Philippines (FPOP), has branches in several provinces that were affected, namely Cebu, Samar, Masbate and Iloilo. We are still checking on the safety of all our volunteers in the affected area.
