The WISH project is the UK Government’s flagship programme to scale up its support to integrated sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services in a range of countries across Africa and Asia by 2021. It represents 20% of the UK Governments' FP2020 commitments.

There are two ‘Lots’ implemented through different consortium structures. Marie Stopes International (MSI) leads the WISH Lot 1 consortium. The sub-contractors are IPPF, DKT, Ipas, THINKPLACE, Options, and Leonard Cheshire Disability.

The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organisations working with and for communities and individuals. Through Member Associations (MAs) and collaborative partners, IPPF delivered 223.2 million SRH in 2018. It is estimated that 8 in 10 of IPPF’s clients were poor and vulnerable.
