IPPF is now seeking a Director, Knowledge Information Systems and Technology (KIST). The role will provide global leadership, innovation and direction in the development and implementation of organisational strategy in support of organisational business objectives in a fast-paced and changing business environment supporting IPPF through a period of transformation. This will be to improve efficiency, integration, collaboration and cost efficiency in consultation and response to organisational needs.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in information technology, business management or a related field. They will also have significant experience in senior-level information technology and knowledge management leadership. They will be an inspiriting manager and thought leader on how to use cutting-edge technology to drive the organisation’s efficiency.  

A commitment to the mission, values and culture of IPPF is a must. Strong change management experience in leading and motivating teams, including those which are global and remote teams, is essential, as well as strong project management skills including time management skills and a confident, proactive approach to problem solving.
