Job Details
You will be a member of our shared services team and will be reporting to the Director and play a key role in supporting and helping us to shape and develop financial systems, structures, processes and policies within our recently established Bangkok Hub.
Required
You must have a degree in a related subject or equivalent standard of education, with advanced experience working in finance and administration and accounting for international development or humanitarian organisations.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as are good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload. Keys aspects of the role will include monitoring budgets, financial reporting, developing and standardising financial, systems, structures, polices and procedures.
You must be able to build relationships and to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-cultural settings, and with a wide variety of organisations.
