IPPF is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organisations working with and for communities and individuals.
The Head of Strategy and Planning will oversee and organise the development of IPPF’s strategic and long-term plans. You will analyse industry trends, look for opportunities to expand on and identify where there may be strategic lag, communicating these results to senior management. You will also be the conduit to communicate IPPF’s federation-wide strategic framework to employees, Member Associations and donors.
You will have significant senior management experience within the international sector with a strong understanding of SRHR and able to drive change. Prior experience of working in a Federation or similar type of network is a plus. You will need experience in policy position research and development and policy report publication. As you will need to represent and network with stakeholder, you will need excellent representation and presentation skills. You will need to be fluent in English. Being fluent in French, Spanish and/or Arabic is a bonus.
