The HR Business Partner will sit within the HR team and be part of the new and exciting People, Organisation and Culture Division.   Working in partnership with Senior Managers the HR Business Partner will deliver business priorities, be solution focussed, and help strengthen systems in order to support a culture of performance, efficiency, effectiveness and accountability.

 

You will have excellent communication skills and will coach and advise Managers and employees accordingly.  You will be a strong HR generalist and have experience in Business Partnering; complex recruitment and selection; policy development and implementation; appraisal processes; employee relations; project management and organisational design.

 

You will have strong interviewing, influencing and negotiating skills. You will be well organised with strong time management skills and good financial/budgetary skills. You will be proficient at using MS Office and also have experience of developing and using HRIS. Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.  You must have a degree or equivalent standard of education together with a recognised HR qualification, (or be at an equivalent standard through experience) and have up to-date knowledge of employment law.
