The Interim Director, Programmes and Operations (Pacific) will report to the Director General and work closely with the Regional Director, East and South East Asia and Oceania Region (ESEAOR) and IPPF’s Director of Programmes Division. The primary function of the role will be to lead the design, development and delivery of IPPF’s programmes and operations in Pacific countries and to support IPPF Member Associations to provide comprehensive SRHR services. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of the IPPF Pacific Strategy which will be a roadmap for determining programme priorities and outcomes, Member Association capacity building and a transformation plan, as well as resource mobilization and advocacy efforts.

The post holder will be a member of the management team and will have previously been a senior international health or development executive with significant experience in programme design and management in the Pacific region.
