We are looking to appoint an individual to promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, adaptive programming and maximum impact at all levels of the Federation. You have advanced application working on organizational learning initiatives, with demonstrable experience of how people, processes and technology combine to create effective knowledge management practices in organizations. You are an excellent facilitator and have experience supporting individuals and teams to share knowledge, continuously learn and improve. You are experienced in the design and production of publications, and have a good working knowledge of desktop publishing software, or a willingness to learn.

 

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrable experience of managing your own learning and development. You also have strong reflective and analytical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and are able to meet fluid and time-sensitive deadlines.

 

The ability to work with people from a variety of backgrounds, a strong commitment to social justice and a willingness to travel internationally are also required.
