IPPF is a global service provider and a leading advocate of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for all. We are a worldwide movement of national organisations working with and for communities and individuals.

 

This position will contribute to a culture of evidence-based analysis and learning in the Americas and the Caribbean, ensuring that good practice drives impact in the work of Member Associations (MAs) across the region. The post will provide leadership on data management and analytics based on evidence and research culture of quality to increase organizational effectiveness, performance and accountability. 

 

You have postgraduate degree to at least Masters level, or equivalent in the field of international development, data management or social sciences, including modules on learning, in quantitative analysis and qualitative research methods and/or monitoring and evaluation. You provide evidence of professional contribution to the creation and maintenance of learning systems and/or processes which promote evidence-based decision-making and/or learning to optimise performance. You demonstrate familiarity with Results Based Management concepts and approaches, including planning and monitoring methodologies. You have in depth knowledge of sexual and reproductive health and rights, and advanced application in evaluation and research/operational research, including experience of designing, writing, implementing and coordinating research studies. You have experience of managing multiple research projects simultaneously. Outstanding command of English and Spanish is essential. French or Portuguese are desirable.
