Are you a digital native with a passion for social media and a commitment to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights? Join IPPF as our Senior Social Media Advisor and lead our global social media strategy to ensure IPPF is visible, relevant, and impactful.
Role Purpose: As a Senior Social Media Advisor, you will advise and lead on IPPF’s social media profile, ensuring alignment with Strategy 2028. You will forecast new frontiers, position IPPF as a leader, and engage young people in meaningful dialogue and debate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance IPPF’s visibility across critical social media platforms.
- Build a focused global social media footprint.
- Create engaging digital content and support the IPPF rebrand.
- Collaborate across time zones and balance shifting priorities.
- Support crisis communications as needed.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media content creation and delivery within the charity or INGO sector.
- Strong understanding of media cycles, crisis loops, and geopolitical contexts.
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Arabic, or Spanish is advantageous
