SRH Services Advisor – Humanitarian (Pacific)

The purpose of this position is to contribute in upholding Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of all people, particularly the affected people in humanitarian setting under the umbrella of the IPPF’s humanitarian programme. The successful candidate will provide clinical and technical assistance to Pacific Member Associations for quality Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) service provision and build institutional capacities to provide these services during emergencies.  They will report to the Humanitarian Deputy Director (Pacific), and be a member of the IPPF Humanitarian team.

You will have a medical/nursing/midwifery education, preferably with graduate qualification in Reproductive Health / Public Health / Social Medicine or equivalent with experience of working in Sexual and Reproductive Health in Emergencies (SRHiE) including implementation of the Minimum Initial Services Package (MISP).  You have sound experience in humanitarian settings – including preparedness, disaster response and recovery. Experience in managing multi-site service delivery and working with multiple partners in the Pacific region is key.
