The WISH2ACTION Operations Director role; as the manager of the Technical Support, Evidence and Learning, and Finance and Procurement Teams, will complement and coordinate with the WISH2ACTION Programme Director to ensure that country programmes and consortium partners have the support they need to deliver WISH2ACTION, resolve operational challenges, and promote continuous quality improvement of Country programmes, to ensure that programmes are meeting their financial and programmatic targets and reporting requirements for DFID.
The WISH2ACTION Operations Director will provide high quality oversight and management of critical, complex cross-team issues - lead a multinational team of technical, financial and administrative experts working to deliver the programme to the highest technical quality.
