The purpose of this role is to successfully oversee and deliver (in terms of time, quality and budget) multiple automation initiatives to ensure a comprehensive enhancement of secretariat-wide systems, where the organization aims to strengthen its services in accordance with assessed needs.

While this role is going to be based in Delhi, it will report to the Director of FP&A position in London.

Job Summary

Operating in an internal consulting model, this role will be the People Partner to two Regional Directors and their senior leadership teams located in Kuala Lumpur, New Delhi and Suva in Fiji.  There is also a small Finance hub based in New Delhi.  In total, an employee group of around 85.

As part of this, the role involves conducting client-focused needs assessments, synthesise requirements, present a standardized and coordinated approach/ design to execute the myriad of initiatives, shortlist and oversee vendor deliveries, ensure adequate integration (wherever required), facilitate the user acceptance testing, oversee and conduct trainings (both to super users and systems users), manage internal and external communication (including periodic update reports) and ensure that the initiatives are implemented as per the approved Finance journey & within the identified budget.

While this role is going to be based in Delhi, it will report to the Director of FP&A position in London.

Job Summary

Operating in an internal consulting model, this role will be the People Partner to two Regional Directors and their senior leadership teams located in Kuala Lumpur, New Delhi and Suva in Fiji.  There is also a small Finance hub based in New Delhi.  In total, an employee group of around 85.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of two vibrant regional teams and also as part of a global professional People, Organisation & Culture team of People Partners to support Secretariat transformation and cultural change.

Role Purpose

Todevelop and implement People Plans that support our Strategic Framework objectives, deliver optimal performance and enable an environment that engages and develops diverse talent.

  • You will have a dotted line reporting of the Senior Officers for HR & Office Admin (one based in Kuala Lumpur, one in New Delhi and one in Fiji) who will provide support to the teams in their location and to you on the ground on HR admin and processes (contracts, recruitment etc.), HR Information systems, payroll and first line of HR enquiries.

The People Partner European Network, Americas and the Caribbean is a crucial role, supporting our teams based in London, Brussels, Mexico City, Turks and Caicos and New York.   Working closely with our regional and divisional directors, the role will support about 100 people in total.  It will also lead on our approach to global talent management across IPPF, setting global principles for how we want to attract and grow our talent, and rolling these out to local teams.
