This prestigious designation, coupled with our classification as a Consistently Strong Performer in trend performance, reflects IPPF's unwavering commitment to achieving gender equality. 

Transparency, strong governance with gender parity, and actively closing the gender pay gap are all cornerstones of our mission as a feminist organization. This recognition by Global Health 50/50 validates our ongoing efforts to create a truly equitable environment, both internally and within the global health landscape.
