In this exciting role you will work in partnership with Senior Managers to deliver business priorities. You will have excellent communication skills, coaching and advising both managers and employees. You will be an excellent HR generalist and have experience in HR business partnering, change management, complex recruitment and selection, policy development and implementation, performance and appraisal processes, employee relations and HR projects.
You will have strong interviewing, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to build effective relationships. You will be well organised with strong time management skills and have good financial/budgetary skills. You will be proficient at using MS Office and also have experience of using HRIS for developing and analysing HR metrics/data. Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. You must have a degree or equivalent standard of education together with a recognised HR qualification, (or be at an equivalent standard through experience) and have up to-date knowledge of employment law. International HR experience is highly desirable.
