In this exciting and unique role you will be the Executive Assistant to IPPF’s Director General acting as a senior level personal assistant and providing administrative support to the Office of the Director-General. You will be the first point of contact for matters concerning the Director General (DG), co-ordinate the DG’s diary, oversee administration support including two annual Governing Council meetings and oversee complex international travel arrangements for the DG and Honorary Officers.
You will have advanced experience working within administration/secretarial/PA work. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be excellent as you will interact with employees and senior volunteers across IPPF. You will be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines with attention to detail. Your level of English will be good as you will be required to draft correspondence and reports. You will be a good team player but also able to take the initiative and work independently. You will have excellent IT skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office and be able to work with our internal IT packages. Sound judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Some international travel may be required for this role.
