An external member, Neish is a Program Officer for the Caribbean at Astraea Foundation. Neish was the Co-Founder and first Executive Director of TransWave Jamaica. Neish supports both the ACTIF Fund and GiveOut as a grantmaking advisor. Neish formerly supported the International Trans Fund in a similar capacity. Neish was formerly Vice-Chair of the United Caribbean Trans Network. Amongst the skills required for the Nominations and Governance Committee, he can point to leadership in SRHR; program delivery experience; resource mobilisation; and experience of advocacy and working with government. Neish is from the Caribbean and currently based in the USA. He currently serves as the NGC Chair.
