An external candidate, Ann Hendrix-Jenkins is Senior Advisor at the Movement for Community-led Development and was previously Global Director for Capacity Development at Pact. Ann has worked as a trainer, programme designer, facilitator and author across a range of areas including maternal, newborn, and child health, HIV, TB, and pandemic influenza, nutrition, social inclusion and empowerment for women. Amongst the skills required for the MC, she brings knowledge of federated structures, partnership development and organisational development, evaluation and performance. She is from North America, currently located in Israel.
