Fadoua Bakhadda, a Moroccan social activist, started fighting for women’s economic justice since her bachelor studies on business administration.  At her MBA commencement ceremony, she was decorated by her university as a youth social justice activist.  She spent 20% of her studies supporting youth women to become entrepreneurs, to generate income to invest on their wellbeing.  Fadoua was chosen by UNAIDS as a champion that fights for rights of women living with HIV and access to SRH care in Morocco in 2019.
Along her 20 years fight for women empowerment, she brought to research, two brave manuscripts. The first one was published in 2016 titled “Religious Fundamentalism and Access to Safe Abortion Services in Morocco”  and a second one in 2000 under the title  “impact of COVID19 on access to family planning services in Morocco”. Her PHD thesis brought a women empowerment model that proves a high correlation between women socioeconomic empowerment and SRHR. She used to teach health project management with a main focus on health economy.
Fadoua advocates that states cannot economically develop without a world where everyone get access to SRHR fairly based on scientific return on investment  gain for states. She became IPPF Arab World Regional Director since 2020.
