We are searching for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Chief Commercial Officer.
The purpose of this role is to increase the impact, financial self-sufficiency, and sustainability and enhance the performance of Member Associations, starting with 7-10 IPPF Member Associations (MAs) over the next three years. This number of high-performing and sustainable MAs should increase beyond this initial 7-10 MA cohort based on the experiences, lessons learned, and exemplars created in these MAs. Best practices in driving performance and optimal use of resources for impact will benefit a wider group of MAs, helping the Federation and many MAs increase their “social return on investment” (SROI) and financial ROI.
This role reports directly to the Director General, IPPF Secretariat, with a dotted line to the Director, MA Development & Impact Division.
