Background
The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is preparing to launch the second cycle of its Secretariat Accountability Mechanism (SAM). The SAM is a tool for holding the Secretariat accountable. It enables Member Associations (MAs) and Collaborative Partners (CPs) to provide feedback on how well the Secretariat has kept its commitments. This feedback directly informs Secretariat planning, helping the Secretariat better respond to the needs of MAs and CPs.
To support effective delivery of this cycle, IPPF seeks an experienced and dynamic consultant(s) to lead on and coordinate key elements of the SAM implementation. This includes regional engagement, facilitation of survey participation and focus group discussions, data analysis, reporting, and dissemination of results in user-friendly formats.
Objective of the Consultancy
To ensure the successful implementation of the 2025-26 SAM cycle through effective engagement of stakeholders, rigorous data analysis, and delivery of high-quality, user-friendly outputs that contribute to Secretariat learning and improvement.
