Luchuo Engelbert Bain, a global public health physician, implementation research scientist, and empirical bioethicist with over 15 years of global health experience. He has a diverse background and experience working in sexual reproductive health and rights, research/empirical (bio)ethics, health systems strengthening, climate change and health, strategic foresight, One Health, HIV, and evidence synthesis. Currently, he is the Head of International Programs at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC), Nairobi Kenya.
