The purpose of this consultancy is to support IPPF to reflect, evaluate and learn from its approach to implementing the project, using an after-action review methodology. The key tasks are to:
- conduct independent after-action review sessions, one with the Rutgers team and one with the IPPF Secretariat team. The after-action review will examine the overall programme management and implementation.
- write-up findings of the review sessions and present these back to the respective teams for feedback and finalization.
- work with the teams to distil outcomes and feedback that they would like to share with the other team and prepare a report for such purpose.
