The Directors’ Leadership Team (DLT) is a leadership collective which oversees our global movement to deliver on our bold new Strategy 2028: Come Together. IPPF’s DLT oversees our work to bring about sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice, with emphasis on those left out, locked out or left behind.

The DLT brings global experience in sexual and reproductive health, rights and justice; specifically from the fields of public health, human rights, and democracy building. They - along with IPPF’s global staff – are committed to a Federation that defends, protects, and celebrates the full expression of sexuality, gender, reproduction, inclusion and human rights. 

At every turn, the DLT is committed to delivering services with dignity and without discrimination, and denouncing powers who through policy, practice, and law, undermine our rights in the most intimate of spaces.
